The day I met you,
I knew it was true,
You're the one I've been waiting for;
and I knew it was love when I walked in the door.
Not the door to your house or the one to your room,
it was the door to your heart.
As soon as I entered the door to your heart,
The key locked me in and disappeared;
So nothing could tear us apart.
Then one night I almost lost you and I wanted to die.
As I walked out the door I started to cry.
Then I remembered the things we had planned,
They just seemed to appear out of the sand.
